- Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of projects for a major online retail platform - Amazon. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success, optimize product presentation, and enhance marketing effectiveness on eCommerce platforms.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials, to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing among project team members.
- Evaluate project performance and success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects within the e-commerce or online retail industry.
- PMP certificate as a plus
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management roles, preferably within the e-commerce or online retail industry.
